Mr. Steak use only USDA aged prime steaks and is the first restaurant introducing USDA dry-aged prime steaks and US Kobe style steaks in Hong Kong.
DRY-AGED BEEF
DRY AGING is a long-standing tradition that produces extremely tender and flavourful beef. This time-honoured, costly process was the standard 20-30 years ago before 'vacuum packing' was invented. Traditional way seems always be the best - our DRY AGED beef is stored up to a month in custom-designed DRY-AGED cooler where temperature, circulation and humidity are carefully monitored. Over time the beef's enzymes break down and tenderise the meat, and with the lossing of water content, the meat becomes very tender and flavourful.
Mellow and intense, our DRY-AGED beef delivers a nutty taste with a buttery, tender texture.
