In the culinary arts, the word "marbling" refers to white flecks and streaks of fat within the lean sections of meat. Marbling is so named because it gives to the meat a marble aspect. Also called intramuscular fat, marbling adds flavour and is one of the main criteria for judging the quality of costs of meat. In general, the more marbling it contains, the better a cut of meat is. This said, we wanted to create a place where anybody could try out well-marbled meat cuts prepared with love by our cooking team.
